Participants will have seven weeks to complete seven course modules at their own pace with an accountabilty pod and weekly IQLed Pod Meetings. Participants will also receive a PauseiQ™ certificate upon completion of all seven modules.

PauseIQ represents a specialized form of intelligence related to pausing, mindfulness, and intentional decision-making, aligning with your Practice the Pause philosophy. Intentional Quotient (IQ) represents the ability to pause, reflect, and act with purpose. It measures one’s capacity for mindful decision-making, self-awareness, and strategic action—empowering professionals to lead with clarity and confidence.
In order to be eligible for this cohort and entry into our seven-week program:
You MUST participate in a discussion group of three to five professionala, including you. Research proves you’re 500% more likely to succeed in our program when you partner with others who can offer accountability and support. We are so committed to your success that we couldn’t possibly ignore those odds! (Note: Any professionals you invite to your group will need to complete their application before the deadline.)
You MUST commit to the program throughout its duration. 80% of the benefit of the program comes from completing the daily app-guided exercises. Once the program kicks off, we expect those who are participating to make this a priority.
